On implementation, we have conducted a strict and fair personnel evaluation to meet our university requirements complying with the publicly offered guidelines according to the: "Program to Disseminate Tenure Tracking System". Then, we have determined whether the teacher slot proposed by each department could be applicable to the "New Tsukuba Style Tenure Track System" supported university-widely. The evaluation has been carried out in consideration of the regulations according to the personnel affairs in each department and major office.
