Thank you for your interest in the Symposium:

"Diversifying Biological Resources"
~Toward Food Security and Sustainable Society~

Dear Colleagues,

It is our great pleasure to invite you to the International Symposium on “Diversifying Biological Resources” that will be held Nov 20–21, 2013, at the University of Tsukuba in Japan.

Biological resources play a central role in the life sciences, and it is increasingly important that we develop our current understanding of biological mechanisms and improve crop productivity under harsh environmental conditions.

We have a lineup of superb invited speakers, many of whom are breaking new ground with innovative methods, and they will inform us about recent developments in plant science, ecological science and animal science. We also provide a forum for exchanging ideas between scientists of different fields, along the theme of “How we utilize biological resources for food security and sustainable society”.

Visitors are welcome.  If you plan to join this symposium, please register for the symposium here.
